1. What kind of products do you sell?
We offer digital planners, printable stationery, and office supplies designed to help you organize your life with clarity and intention. All digital or printable items are delivered as high-resolution PDF files—no physical products are shipped for those items.
2. How do I receive my digital files?
After you purchase your digital product, you'll receive an instant download link on the confirmation page and via email. Simply click to download and start planning!
3. Can I print the planner at home?
Yes! All our files are printer-friendly and formatted for US Letter size (8.5 x 11"). You can print them at home or through a local print shop.
4. Can I use the planner digitally?
Absolutely. Our planners work beautifully with apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or PDF annotation tools. Just upload the file and start planning on your tablet or device.
5. Do you offer refunds?
For digital and printable products, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your download or file quality, please contact us so we can assist you.
For sales items, all sales are final as well.
For all other items, we accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new condition. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of use or damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For damaged or incorrect items received, please contact us at customersupport@maliehi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right!
6. Can I use your planners for commercial purposes?
No. All products are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is not permitted.
7. I didn’t receive my download. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, email us at customersupport@maliehi.com with your order number and we’ll resend your files.
8. Do you offer custom designs?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not offering custom designs. However, this is something that is a possibility in the near future, so subscribe to our email list to be one of the first to know! 😉
